RINCON RESERVATION ROAD BREWERY

In 2016, REDCO developed the first Native American owned brewery in Southern California, where beers are brewed utilizing a custom-built system. All batches of beer use quality and local ingredients.

The REDCO brand involves recognition of Rincon’s overall message. The colors and design elements are woven with Luiseño design. Examples of our successful brand can be seen and tasted at the tasting-room located west of Harrah’s Resort. The brewery added mobile canning to an already successful kegging operation. and Cans of Oasis, Tuupash, Rez Dog, Chief, Cloud and Luiseno are available at local stores throughout Valley Center, Escondido, and Temecula.

Matt Dale

Matt Dale is the Brewmaster at 3R Brewery and has over a decade of professional experience. Matt was interested in craft beer from a young age, when he began homebrewing while earning his bachelor's degree in Business Administration. He then landed his first brewery production job with Bayhawk Ales (now Evan’s Brewing) and then on to Karl Strauss Brewery before coming to 3R Brewery. Matt is a highly awarded brewer earning medals for his own beers at both GABF and LA International beer competitions and was a part of a team of brewers earning 2016 Mid-Sized Brewery and Brewer of the year at GABF.
